LED wall-washer waterproof bonding done by automatic glue dispensing robot

Machine Description

LED wall-washer is a popular lighting device which is used in architecture outlook shaping. It portraits the building apperance at night. For this kind of light, water-proof is a key factor. The housing and glass cover bonding is realised by silicone application. GDS automatic glue dispensing robot can be perfectly used in this field. The dispensing heads can be programmed to move exactly the shape of LED wall-wahser housing slots. Greatly improve glue application speed and accuracy, to get better quality and save glue and labor cost. For different size of wall-washer, it applies the same. The platform is big enough to keep a few more workpiece to let the glue dispensing head work in cycle.
